Please read carefully
Making a purchase Decide on the items you wish to purchase
and click on the 'Buy Now' button. If you wish to amend the quantity you can do so by clicking on the 'View Basket' button,
amend the quantity requried then update page. Return to the previous page by closing the box. You can review your order at
any time and amend the quantities to suit.
Payment When you have completed your ordering click the 'View
Basket' button which will take you to the page with your order on it. You can at this stage alter any quantities or delete
any items you no longer require.
All payments are accepted only through PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: YOU DO
NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE THROUGH PAYPAL. JUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE CHECKOUT.
If you are from
the UK and would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please email for confirmation and instructions before ordering.
When you are satisfied with your order click on the PayPal 'Pay Now' button which will take you to the PayPal login
page. Login using your password and follow the instructions on the screen.
Please make sure that the address on your
PayPal account details is the address you would like your order to be sent to and also make sure there is an email address
where you can be contacted. If either of these are incorrect please put the correct information in the comments box or email
separately at sales@fibreinform.com
Shipping and handling Please make sure you add your postage before confirming
your order.
Delivery We aim to dispatch your order between 1 - 3 working days. Orders shipped outside the UK will
be sent airmail but can take up to 7 days to be delivered. If you are working to a deadline please email beforehand to make
sure we have the items in stock and they will reach you in time.
For customers in the UK, delivery will invariably
take longer if paying by cheque/postal order.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched so you
can anticipate delivery.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied please
email first before returning goods. We will upon receipt of goods make a refund in full. Return postage costs however are
at the expense of the customer. All goods returned must be in an unused/undamaged condition.
